How long until my order ships?
All orders ship within 48 hours, gift-wrapped and ready. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves us.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our pieces are 18K gold-plated over hypoallergenic base metal and treated to resist tarnishing through everyday wear. To extend their life: avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged saltwater exposure. With normal care, the finish stays beautiful for years.
Can I shower or swim with my pieces?
Our jewelry is water-resistant and built for daily wear, including the occasional shower. We recommend removing pieces before swimming in chlorine or saltwater for the longest possible life.
What is your return policy?
We accept thoughtful returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original packaging. Reach out and we will guide you through it personally.
Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
Yes — through our Charm Bar service. Build a bracelet, customize a necklace, or host a private event. Inquire through our homepage Charm Bar form for the fastest response.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the United States with free shipping over $50. International orders are case-by-case — email us with your location and we will work something out.
